The community is quiet and your privacy is respected but at the same time, the tenants are friendly and interactive when encountered and as you get to know each other. The maintenance staff is great. Everyone of them, over my years here, has done a great job of fixing all my problems well and in a timely fashion. My property managers, over my years as a tenant, have been helpful, professional, knowledgeable and provided great service. Diane Lusk, my current property manager has been exceptional in all these areas. Aspen Park is a great place to live.

I have rented my entire adult life and she is the most attentive, helpful, fair, reliable manager anyone could ever ask for.

Jennifer is AMAZING She was so helpful and attentive to any of our questions and concerns. The location of the complex is perfect And the upkeep is clean, we were really sad to leave, because we enjoyed living there so much If we end up going back to San Diego we will definitely be contacting Jennifer again

The staff was always friendly. Jennifer has been by far the best property manager that I have had. If you are thinking about moving here, do it, you wont regret it.

Theres always some type of improvement being done in this place (which is a good thing). In the short time that Jennifer took over as property manager, I think she's done more than the 3 property manager's we've had in this complex.

It's the best mix of city and suburbs. It also has a great view of a mountain or hill right behind it. The manager lives on site and is by far the best property manager I have worked with. When we found the place, it took less than 24 hours from the time we called about looking at a unit until we had the keys. She is very attentive and quick at responding to calls and emails. After we moved in, she continued to be extremely helpful with answering general questions we had or problems we encountered. The only thing I don't like about this apartment is that there isn't a lot of counter space and I wish the closet was bigger. But this is to be expected from any 1 bedroom in San Diego in this price range. We were able to fix the problem by buying shelving units and other storage items.
